The Counsel earns its biggest search strength from “senior legal counsel,” where it holds a top presence on Apple and the #1 slot on Spotify, reinforcing strong visibility for adjacent “counsel” and “justice” search intent. Its clearest missed opportunity is expanding into broader crime-focused discovery terms—especially “criminal law podcast” and “criminal justice podcast host”—as well as interview-style queries like “legal expert interviews” that it currently does not rank for.
